At the NG Early Childhood Division, we believe in educating children as a whole and preparing them for an ongoing and exciting educational journey.
Every child deserves the best early years education and we make sure that the child’s first interaction with education is a fun and memorable one! We nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion and pay close attention to all aspects of your child’s development.
We believe that children are capable and competent, have absorbent minds and take in what they learn through their play experiences.
Children are curious, full of wonder and need to explore to discover and learn.
Each child is creative, imaginative and unique in his own way.
Our inspiring and caring teachers at NG make sure to motivate, engage and encourage our students to discover and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.
In Early Childhood, we use purposeful play-based instruction to teach our children.
We have center-based classrooms equipped with a variety of hands-on materials that enhance the learning experience and instill in our students the love of learning.
We believe that an educator’s role is to plan and implement activities which are open ended, process oriented, developmentally appropriate and of interest to children.
At the NG Early Childhood Division, we focus on the main areas of development in order to facilitate the learning process during these foundational years.
The four prime areas of our curriculum are: Social and Emotional Development, Communication & Language, Cognitive, and Physical Development.
We also extend the curriculum following the Common Core Standards for Literacy and Mathematics and the Next Generation Standards for Science.
We provide STEAM and Expressive Arts and Design, all done through our integrated curriculum. We have a strong Arabic Studies program, teaching Arabic, Religion and Character Building by specialized teachers.
We also have a French program that begins in KG, focusing on conversational skills for our young learners.
We offer P.E. classes for our young learners to enhance their gross motor skills.
